Biz-Necessity stands by the Biz-Necessity Advantage No Hassle No Fuss refund policy. If we have not been able to enlist your business to the top 3 "the 3 pack" on  Google Local Search or the first two page of Google (organic search results) within 5 months of your purchase, your purchase will be fully refunded. Additionally, we have promised you that we will not work with any of your competitors within a 30 km distance from you within 8 months of serving you. To summarize, EITHER of the following 2 conditions have to be met for a complete refund:

      1. Biz-Necessity was unable to promote your business listing to one of the 3 top listings on Google local (maps) search or first two pages of Google organic search when searched with your business' primary business category located in your business' primary city or township within 5 months of purchase of your services. However, we will likely be able to get you there much sooner. 

     

     2. Biz-Necessity has worked with one of your competitors within a 30 km distance from you within 6 months of serving you. 

To complete your return, we require the two following information sent to support@biz-necessity.com:

     1. A receipt or proof of purchase.
     2. 
Proof of the criteria under which you are requesting a refund (see above).

Once your refund request is received and Evaluated, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the criteria mentioned above. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds: 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
